Libesh’s Tubular Heaters are reliable, easy to maintain and ideal for rough daily use. Formed tubular heaters are available in round & Shapes as per manifold design. These Types of heaters are made of stainless steel or inconel with sheath diameter of eight millimeter (8 mm). The heating wire is helically wound and made of high temperature resistant NiCr alloy with the insulation consisting of mangnesium oxide (MgO). The connection ends are sealed with sealing heater from moisture.
Are available in square and rectangular cross sections with various sizes as per our hot tip nozzles / hot sprue series model.
